African Hoe (Pty) Ltd is a family business established in 1963. Our company specializes in the quick turnaround manufacturing of safety critical and high precision steel or alloy forgings of up to 10kgs.

We supply all requirements but specialize in difficult forgings in steel or alloy. We supply the automotive market, engineering based companies, and mining component and hand-tool suppliers, both locally and abroad.

Facilities
The company occupies premises of 5 hectares in Springs, South Africa with an 11,000 square metre factory comprising a closed die forging shop, blacksmith shop, CNC machine shop and in-house design office and toolroom.

African Hoe (Pty) Ltd is ISO 9001:2000 certified (TUV ID 9105044269) and our products, where applicable, are 94/20/EC compliant. Quotes for products are sent to customers within 3 days of having received the customer’s drawing and / or sample.

We also have an in-house order control system that ensures a 98% accuracy level of confirmed delivery dates. As such, the highest standards of product quality and service excellence can be expected.
